Rudolph Alleyne M.Ed., Ph.D. (Kinesiology)
Prior to completing his doctorate in Kinesiology, Rudolph (Rudy)
taught/coached
a range of sporting disciplines (soccer, badminton, swimming, track & field, cricket, table-tennis, and tennis). As a sport psychology consultant, Rudy has worked with athletes in an array of sports. His research has explored “ Multicultural Issue in Exercise and Sport Psychology, ” “ The Perceptions of Caribbean (West Indies) Cricketers Regarding the Use of Sport Psychology,” and co-authored “The Consulting Experiences of Applied Sport Psychologist in the World of Business.”
Rudy has a zealous interest in the mind-body connection, which drives his endorsement of the utilization of sport psychology and exercise physiology techniques (Biofeedback), as part of the training regimen of elite athletes. More recently, his interest has encompassed executive and life coaching.
